Overlooking Morse Reservoir, this residence proudly features several LARGE Sun Windows and Doors. The homeowner met Paul during the 2015 Home-A Rama at the Matt Beecher Home in Noblesville,IN.  The Homeowner was extremely impressed with the window product.  A year later he sought out to have Sun Windows in his home built by Christopher Scott Homes.

Originally, the plans were to have a Mahogany Wood door but after a presentation on door options and looking at previous works the Sun Door was chosen.  Due to its benefits we created a custom 8' Arched Entry Door for this Unique Contemporary Home. The front door not only gave a more contemporary look , compared to a wood door, the door also features multiple design upgrades as standard options such as Weeping Systems in its Threshold, Multi-point Locking, and Powder-coated Finish.   Other options that were used in this project were two, Custom 40" Wide Casement Windows in the Office. Roll Away Screens in each bedrooms were also used to hide the screen when not being used. Emtek Hardware were installed on the Sun doors to improve the Contemporary look desired by the Homeowner.
